Hi there,
We're observing some strange behaviour on our prototype boards based on S32K142 when using JFlash:
I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this and/or possible explanation(s) for this behaviour?
Thank you.
Hi @lukaszadrapa,
My colleague @spidru is not available right now, so I'm the one working with this project for a moment.
I checked and erase does work. I erased the chip with removed checkbox "Perform blank check", and then read the chip and it is empty.
"Check blank" procedure doesn't work and gives an error even as a separate command without erasing.
Thank you!
Best regards,
Mikhail
Hi @Mikhail_Po
In this case, I'm afraid I can't comment here. JFlash is not our product, so my recommendation is to discuss this with Segger.

Hi @spidru
"Erase only works when removing the checkbox for "Perform blank check""
- this means that the erase probably does not work. Do you use CSEc? Notice that enabled CSEc blocks mass erase operation. Maybe that's the reason.
