Hi,
In reference to the content updated in the errata sheet in February 2024, I have several questions that I would like to understand.
In Errata S32K144_0N57U:
1、Whether this update applies to all MCU batches, or new batches?
2、The errata requires that the power supply capacity is greater than 250mA. In the practical application of our project, the maximum current tested during the actual MCU startup is 47.9mA, and the power supply capacity is 100mA. Is there any risk?
This is very important to us and we look forward to hearing from you.
Got it, thanks for your response.
Regards,
zeng
Hi @ASCE00,
Yes, it applies to all batches.
But if you have not seen this issue, you will not face the issue.
This was identified with some customers that had a poor power source design.
Regards,
Daniel
Hi,Daniel
out of caution, I would also like to know whether the "poor power source design" can be more specific, such as there is a strict minimum current limit, or because the basic function of the power supply design is wrong, If it's just an external design issue, still need to update the errata?
Regards,
Zeng
