Did not receive software activation code when downloading S32DS for Arm v2.2

I just downloaded S32DS for Arm v2.2, but did not receive an email with the software activation code. How else may I obtain the code? I have received codes by email previously for other versions of S32DS (for Arm 2018.R1, v3.4, etc.).
