Hello

customer ask about the maximum available bandwidth from the Cortex M7 cores to the internal system RAM (not the TCM) ?

Hello Jochengerster,

 

The S32G have and internal Standby SRAM with ECC  of 32KB.

Thanks for your reply - but actually the question was what is the max throughput (bandwidth) of the M7 when accessing the system RAM (x Mbit/sec)

Hi jochengerster,

Theoretical maximum bandwidth can not be achieved in real device due to internal

buses and arbiters limitations. The total memory bandwidth in use (read+write) is around 480 MB/s which would make sense as we associate it with the bandwidth used by the framebuffer being displayed.
