When you import a project on S32 Design Studio, you are prompted to invalidate the file

   When using S32 Design Studio to import the code downloaded on the NXP Community, the prompt " Not a executable file"

Hello, 

you are probably trying to import executable (File -> Import -> S32 Design studio -> Executable file importer)  file instead of project file. If you like to import project - on menu bar click on File -> Import -> General -> Existing Project into Workspace and choose you project folder.
