Hi ,
I created a new project for S32K144, and there are three Target Device for S32K144. The default setting is S32K144F512M15. I am wondering what is different between the three settings. I cannot seem to find any related document. The only one I found is part number on the page 9 of S32K-DS_Data Sheet, but the format is not specified as the name below.
Regards,
Joe

Hi Robin,
Thank you for the reply
I see the wording on my chip is FS32K144HFVLH0N57U, is it fine to use Device S32K144F512M15?
The LH should be V, M ,W for temperature rating according to datasheet
Regards,
joe
