Hello Heiphone,

I extended your current entitlement through 2025. To receive the new license, please either use the Refresh option in the NXP Licenses menu within S32 Design Studio, or re-activate using the current activation code.

reactivate does not work if the license already expired.

If the license is expired, then it will need to be extended by us before the reactivation will work. Do you have an expired license which needs to be extended?

Thanks for clarification.
I have informed the colleague. I think he will approach you directly.
My evaluation license will expire in 62 days.
How to avoid such a lock situation?
I haven't found the right way to extend the license before it is locked.

Tried to re-use the already provided activation key --> failed
Tried via S32 DS --> Help --> NXP Licenses --> 

 --> seems not to be succeeded...

But maybe it can only be extended in shorter time frame before expiration date.

Hi Soeren,

I've extended the expiration date for your entitlement on the license server, you will need to use the refresh button (shown in the screen image you provided) to update the local expiration data.
