How do I write/read to the eeprom using the s12x

I'm using a 4Mhz external clock with no PLL.

What do I set ECLKDIV to

You should be able to download the latest version of Codewarrior for the HCS(X)12 mcu and use Processor Expert to create code to access the EEPROM.

Even the Special(free) version has this feature.
