HCS12 internal pull-up during RESET

Hi,

We are using MC9S12XEG128CAL. I wanted to understand if there is a way to eliminate/disable the internal pull-up during RESET state without HW change?

Could anyone help?

Hi,

no there is no possibility to change this HW configuration internally.

This is valid for all MCU pins.
