Does the S912ZVC64F0VLF have CAN PHY built in?

My customer has inform that  s12zvc 256Kb has just CAN PHY

Hi Ahn Joseph,

just single letter misunderstanding in part number:

• All derivatives from the S12ZVC family have CAN PHY integrated. Target applications: CAN sensors.
• Only S12ZVMC256 derivative from S12ZVM family has CAN PHY integrated. Target applications: 3ph motor control.

Yes, the S12ZVC family has a version with an on-chip CAN physical transceiver.

I'm not sure, what do you mean by 256 KB?
