Need suggestions on MPC8377 reset problem.

I have a failed board (others of the same design are working).  The symptoms are that the MPC8377 comes out of reset, attempts to read the configuration words, but the DDR clocks are never turned on.  After about 6 seconds, the /HRESET line goes low and the process repeats, continually.  When we tried to connect via the emulator, we were unable to load the DDR memory, it was not configured even with Code Warrior.

At one time, the board was operational, booting U-Boot and running LINUX.  Any suggestions of what to look at?

This problem was resolved.  I test pin was being held at an improper level during device reset, so it was going into a test mode.

Are you sure? May be it is floating bug...
