We've been using the MPC860TZQ80D4 for many years in one of our product without having any trouble. Now we have two board with the same problem. When I power up the board everything works fine. After 1 minute, if I shut down the power and then power up the unit again, the MPC860TZQ80D4 doesn't want to start. If I place a scope probe on the extclk line, the MPC860TZQ80D4 starts perfectly every single time. I made many tests during the past week and I'm unable to find the problem. It seems that the MPC860TZQ80D4 is stuck in the "time base" routine.
Does anyone experience the same problem.
