Replace mosfet RFPower

I have RF power. It have 8 kit module use Mosfet MRFE6VP61K25H inside. But only one have been damaged. Now, Mosfet MRFE6VP61K25H unavailable in your store. Could i use new version MRFE6VP61K25HR6 to replace for MRFE6VP61K25H? I need to replace only one mosfet damaged or all to MRFE6VP61K25HR6?

Yes, you can do it.

R5 or R6 are reel pack ship options.  Devices are exactly the same MRFE6VP61K25H
