how to simulated with ADS

I have added two design-kits downloaded from the official website to ADS, but ADS still shows errors

AFT09MS031N RF High-Power Model ADS Product Model Design Kit

RF High Power Model Kit 2022 - model definition required to run all RF High Power ADS Design Kits.

This appears to be customer not installing RF High power Model Kit before using single product model.

Our models are two part :

RF High power Model Kit
Product Model Design Kit

Both parts are required to simulate device

If this is not the case, please try with an earlier version of ADS 2019 or 2020.

I try two different design-kits AFT27S010N AFT09MS031N. 

It shows same Error.
