Why the TEA2016 can not enter HP mode

Hi Team ,

       We designed a 90W adapter with TEA2016+TEA1995. Now we found that it seems the device still work on LP mode even though the power is 90W (90W beyond the convert point). How can we let the device enter HP mode ? Thank you! 

       Ps. The picture is the waveform of both Gate_H and Gate_L in 90W output. The waveform seems like LP mode.

When continue to increase load above 90W,does it enter HP mode automatically?
