We bought PBR941B from Rochester Electronics Website, the mariking shows 'LBW', but the datasheet shows the marking code is 'LBp', so what on earth the marking is?

Yes, it is correct.
The “p” and “w” in marking indicates the assembly site. Both markings LBp and LBw are correct then.

The marking LBp on the device is correct and indicates PBR941B.
