Sure I can answer! AFAIK It is a DSPB56364AG120 120 MHz 144 PIN. It took some digging but J25D mask  pointed to this P/N. I've got some spares.

Thanks, I have a ton of these, but wasn't quite sure what flavor of DSP they were. I'm going to prototype something to bring one up.
