The thermal values for the SC18IS604PWJ component from our Package team. Here are the values:

  • Temperature Junction maximum (Tj-max): 150°C
  • Thermal Resistance Junction-to-Ambient (Rj-a): 130°C/W
  • Thermal Resistance Junction-to-Case (Rj-c): 40°C/W
  • Thermal Resistance Junction-to-Board (Rj-b): 20°C/W

Please note that these values are typical and can vary depending on the specific application and PCB design. For more information on the SC18IS604PWJ component, you can refer to the datasheet.

I would also need the Rj-a resistor value of the component. So as a sumarize:

  1. Temperature Junction maximum.
  2. Thermal Rj-a
  3. Thermal Rj-c
  4. Thermal Rj-b
