S32R45 RealTime Driver fls module configuration of qspi command

Hi,

When it comes to FlsLUT configuration in fls example,

Every DOPI sequence has very first two consecutive commands as follows:

Above example,  operand 0xEE makes sense because macronix manual designate it as read command.

However, the second command with operand 0x11 which might be 1's complete of 0xEE doesn't seem to have reasonal background to be inserted in the sequence.

Are there experts of qspi who let me know the reason for the second command with toggled operand?
