We have a customer who reported that there were some encoding failures during the programming of Desfire EV3 2k and Desfire EV1 2k, and they are unable to determine whether it is a chip issue or their encoding issue. For example, 3 out of 10 were not successfully encoded, and the prompt content like below image. Could you please help me identify the problem and how to solve it? Thank you.
