Hi,

I'm considering to connect RST_N pin to host.

Could you give us the reference circuit for above use case?

In Fig4 of data sheet, RST_N is connected to GND by 1uF OPTIONAL capacitor.

Could you tell me the function of this capacitor and why you choose this value?

I think that I need to care the RST_N, if it is used for reducing noise or other effects.

Best regards,

M.Kiniwa

Hi Masahiro,

I apologize for the delayed response. The capacitor on RST_N pin is a decoupling capacitor that helps to filter noise on this pin. We do not have any reference circuit besides the ones in the website in our application note AN11590 and user guide UM10837; however, you can connect RST_N pin to host, you should not have any inconveniences. Please check the characteristics of this pin on table 21 in the datasheet.

Have a great day,

Paulina
