Reading statue registers of sja1124

Hello,

I managed to send spi frames to my Eval board of the SJA1124 although the frames I am receiving (SDO) are identical to the ones I am sending.

for example, after calling the SJA1124_Init, I've sent the frame {0x10, 0x83, 0, 0, 0, 0} to read the interruptions registers, I've received the Identical frame from the SDO pin from the board. I've also tried to send the frame {0x10, 0x83, F, F, F, F} to check if I will get the same response I've received the frame {0x10, 0x83, F, F, F, F}.

Someone have any idea haw should normally the board responds to the SPI frames (through the SDO pin)?
Thanks.

Hello Tomas, thank you for your answer but I am already using the function of the example application and SJA1124 software driver. I will take a look at the application hints to see if there is a solution there.

Hello Khaled,

It is hard to say what is wrong, I would recommend you to download and take a look at the following items which are available as Secure Files (requiring an NDA) on the SJA1124 website:

1. SJA1124 - Example software package including the example application and SJA1124 software driver.

2. AH1705 (AH504214 - SJA1124 / TJA1124 Application Hints (1.4))
