PC2127の温度変動による動作の変化

"はじめまして

PC2127Tですが、周囲温度が高くなるとウォッチドッグタイマが働いてしまうのか、正常に動作しなくなります（CLKOUTはレジスタ設定通り16kHzを出力）。
しかも、VBAT端子を電池に接続した場合とGNDに接続した場合ではその閾値が変わります。
すみませんが、推測される原因についてご教示頂けないでしょうか？
詳細は下記の通りです。

VBAT端子を電池に接続：温度の閾値が60℃
VBAT端子をGNDに接続：温度の閾値が30℃～40℃程度で、セットによってばらつく"

Although it is PC2127T, if the ambient temperature rises, the watchdog timer may work or it will not operate normally (CLKOUT outputs 16kHz according to the register setting).
Moreover, the threshold value changes when the VBAT terminal is connected to the battery and when it is connected to GND.

Connect VBAT terminal to battery: The temperature threshold is 60 °C.
