Dear NXP, we are an Italian company that deals with the production of electronic circuits. We intend to produce RF amplifiers in 2021, and we have decided to use your LDMOS MRF300 in TO-247 package. In this regard, we ask you to send us reference diagrams for the push pull configuration, and the necessary information for the construction of the two impedance transformers, input and output. Unfortunately, neither on the net nor in the datasheets have we found precise indications regarding the push pull configuration.
Best regards,
Francesco Ucchino
Hello, good afternoon I am from Argentina from the DR2 broadcast company (https://dr2broadcast.com/) we are working with the MRF300 AN / BN but we are missing information about the push-pull system, please we have tried to open the files to view them but We did not find the correct format to view the files, if you would be so kind to tell us which software to use we will be grateful if they have the same PDF version that would be fine too, thank you very much. My email is dimartransmisores@gmail.com or customers@dimartransmisoresyantenas.com
Please, refer to MRF300AN 81.36-108 MHz 2-Up Reference Circuit Design:

I am following the suggested link to download the files ... I got the ZIP one ... but once decompressed, its content looks to need a specific program (SDK ?) to be read ... any further suggestion ?
Nice reference circuit, can you provide some more information about the “D1” part that is missing. The value of the diode in unkown.
D1 is 8.2V Zener Diode, SMAJ4738A

Pavel
