Hi,

In the LS1043A reference design version E, the NXP PMIC used to power enable the LS1043A processor is MC34VR500V4ES.

But, in the revision F of the same refrerence design the NXP PMIC is changed to MC34VR500VAES.

what is the reason of changing the PMIC version to VA from V4..?

Please share the advantage if using VAES over V4ES.

Thanks & Regards,

Akshay V

For the difference of VA and V4 versions please see below  record:

1: V4:SW1_VOLT 1.5V and sequence is 2

VA:SW1_VOLT 1.8V and sequence is 1

2 : V4:SW2_VOLT 1.8V

VA:SW2_VOLT 1.35V
