Looking for AFT05MS003N Characterization at 70 MHz

I'd like to use the ATF05MS003N in the 72-76 MHz band.

The datasheet reference circuit gives Zsource and Zload values for frequencies from 135-174 and 350-520 MHz.

The S parameter file covers 240-1000 MHz.

A similar question mentioned the AFT05MS003N_PDK file, which no longer exists.

How can I get the input and output impedance values for my frequency range (72-76 MHz)?

i am also looking for Zsource and Zload values for AFT05MS003N or AFT05MS004N, working at 200Mhz. Please help. Thanks a lot.

AFT05MS003N is conditionally stable and may require stability enhancement. For your frequency band, applying series 12 Ohm + shunt 27 Ohm resistors at the gate makes amplifier unconditionally stable.

I performed load pull simulation using ADS model of this transistor.

Vdd=7.5V, Idq=80mA
 Zload = 12.54 + j6.24
 Zinput = 14.32 - j9.1

Input impedance as measured from input series resistor to ground.

Amplifier schematics and performance at 74MHz are attached.
