We are working on KITFS6522LAE, but somehow FLEXGUI is not able to detect the board. It shows searching for converter but keeps on searching only. D20 Red LED is ON. D11, D18, D1, D3, D5, D4, D15, D17 LEDs are ON. We have connected 12 V at J4 and USB at J33.

This version of the GUI takes the configuration file for FS65 as input. If you did not change the default path during installation, it should be available in: C:\Program Files(x86)\FlexGUI\Sequences&Config\FS65xx.xml
I assume that the board configuration is OK and you followed the User Guide.
First, I would try to rule out the problem with the communication of the GUI <-> MCU.
USB CDC is used for communication, so a virtual COM port should be visible in the Device Manager after connecting the board. There may be problems with Win8/10:
If the connection is fine, then I would try reloading the firmware. Unfortunately, it is not available on the NXP website, but I might be able to get it from our internal team if needed.
