High input current on PCA9698 P-ports

I am using the PCA9698 expander and I would like to have all GPIO P-ports activated, but I have low power. So, output signals will have a low current, around 8mA. This signals are going to be used to interface with other PCA9698 expander in the future, with its P-ports configured as inputs. So I want to know how much current flows into each P-port  in case of High signal and Low signal. They are the parameters Iih and Iil.

If configure as input port,we can only have the leakage current spec+/-1uA.
