The TJA1443 is QM (Quality Managed), as such an FMEDA is not required and therefore not available.
For QM devices we can offer an Excel file showing failure rates and distributions, which can be used for functional safety calculations on module level. Please create a standard support ticket if you are interested in it. We can also offer the Pin FMEA which is available in section 12 of our AH2002:
