Difference between the MPC860TZQ80D4 and the MPC860TVR80D4

I would like to know the difference between the MPC860TZQ80D4 and the MPC860TVR80D4.
Are they equivalent (Same Fit & Function, Pin-for-Pin Equivalent, ...)?

The difference between package suffix "ZQ" anf "VR" is in leaded package for "ZQ", whereas "VR" is lead-free RoHS compliant. There is no other difference, both devices are pin-compatible and functionally identical, have the same silicon inside. Note lead-free device require another soldering process, with higher temperature.
