The BGA2870,115 is indicated "not for new designs"
1) What replaces this part? The application is the input stage for a 1.5ns pulse from a SiPM.
2) Where do we find a spice model for the BGA2870?
3) Same question for the replacement part.
4) What does the "115" indicate?
Pls refer to below answers based on confirmation internally:
the engineer used to recommend BGU7044, it is a device designed for TV Set-Top Box applications. It has 75 Ohm input and output impedance. It is an inverting amplifier.
But, it has lower Gain (14dB vs 31dB) and it has different pinout than BGA2870.
this part is "not for new designs", either.

2) NXP does not provide SPICE models for these amplifiers but S-parameters only.
BGA2870 S-parameters can be found in the device product pages.
