How NFCEE application(applet) send a notification event to NFC controller

How NFCEE application(applet) send a notification event to nfc controller.

I use NQ210 with UICC NFCEE in Android 7.1.1, my applet want to send some notification information to nfc controller.

notice that nfc controller can deal with the nfcee notification event:   

 case MSG_CARD_EMULATION:
if (DBG) Log.d(TAG, "Card Emulation message");

question is how my applet send the notification event command.
