Failed to find port of OM25180FDK on Windows 10

Hi Guys

I am new to NFC RFID design and try to learn something new in this field. I have on development kit on hand. I have updated my USB driver to VCOM driver as given as follows. However, after several refreshing the port can still be found by using NFC Cockpit v.4.7.0.

Anyone has the same experience with me? Is there any possible solution?
