Could not open communication port (Error 0x80004005 )

Hello all, 

I am trying to communicate the S32K144 board with either with freemaster 2.0 and 2.5, whenever I try to follow the steps at the "https://community.nxp.com/thread/464677" I got the following screens. Is there anything I am missing?

Could you share the model that you are using? That way it would make it simpler to get to the bottom of your issue.
