I was hoping that someone could share their opinion on the Keil vs IAR toolchain using MQX. We want to change from CW to a more stable IDE and compiler, but retain the FSL MQX system. I have seen in the past that there are users on this forum using IAR and Keil. The price between the two seems close, if we retain the MQX middleware.
Thanks
Robert

Hi,
There are couple of advantages of IAR. So far:
- Full featured task-aware debugging (Keil only has simple MQX viewer)
- Support for CortexM and CortexA, support for multi-core debugging (Vybrid)

Martin
