USB module reset bit is always 1, what may be the problem?

In using MPC5748G as main control chip to try to write the development of USB device, using the SDK after introducing the USB module, the path to the SDK/middleware/USB/device/" of the function.

 

After executing USB_DeviceInit, the program stops here:

I believe it could be possibly the same issue.

Thank you for your answer. I have read this post, it should not be the same problem, it does not give the exact solution, but according to the description of the reply, I feel that it may not be the same problem, temporarily found a possibility, perhaps the hardware circuit problem, whether the CPEN of USB3340 must be connected with a power switch? I'm just pulling up the VBUS
