PLL reconfiguration on MPC5744P

hello, I have got a problem, when use  the MPC5744P .

Here is the problem:

In the Flash Boot Loader the PLL is configured , when the app is flashed, the MCU will reset, and jump to app, in the app the PLL still need to be configured, then the problem happened, the MCU was dead. I think it may be the PLL reconfiguration problem. 

Will you have some suggestions on PLL reconfiguration ?

What is the content of RGm{FES/DES] registers? Did Watchdog react?

Where the code is stuck?

Is it possible to connect to device with debugger after the issue?
