If I use IO_1 to monitor the Vcore, and config the Vcore_FB=1 in INIT VREG1 Register that means "IO_1 can NOT be used for analog/digital input neither for WU from LPOFF". Can I still monitor IO_1 from MUX_OUT by MCU if I set the AMUX0:2=110b which means selete the IO_1 to output of MUX_OUT?  Thanks!

Hi Shawn,

MUX_OUT output works starting minimum 3V at IO input pin. FB_core monitoring at IO_1 is 0.8V, so nothing will be measurable at MUX_OUT in that condition.

Yes, I find the description of the VIO, the wide range is 3~19V and tight range is 3~9V.:smileyhappy:
