Loop back for LIN bus on MPC5777M EVM board?

Hi,

I am testing LIN communication on MPC5777M EVM board.Here external 12V supply is necessary to test communication LIN protocol ? OR it's not necessary to supply external 12V to test LIN protocol in loop back mode ?

Hi,

for internal loopback the transceiver is not used, so there is no need to supply it.

If you want to use the transceiver, then you must supply it by 12V.
