Help to check my SPC5605B sch.I can  read and write SRAM at 0x40000000, but I cannot write into PCR register.

I do not think your problem has something to do with incorrect schematic.

Have you enabled SIUL in Mode Entry module? Please download PinToggleStationery example from software example list, download it to the microcontroller and try again.
