When we're using CodeWarrior 2.10 to develop MPC5634M, there are two chips for selecting. What's the differences?

it's exactly the same, you can select both of them. It seems this was a mistake in the project wizard but it was not fixed for some reasons. The content of both projects will be exactly the same.
