ADC wrong reading MPC5748G

I get wrong reading of voltage from the ADC, for exemple the voltage on the adc pin is 0.720v and the the adc is getting 1.020v

Hi, do you have chosen reference voltage you expect (3.3V/5V) ?

Thank you for your reply, the issue was related to a hardware implementation on my board, the voltage divider was influenced by the some command signal related to  a transistor that changed the voltage divider gain value used on software.
i corrected the schematic and the problem disappeared.
