MCX MC_PMSM example locks up Freemaster

I tried the MCX A PMSM example (frdmmcxa153_mc_pmsm) and it sort of works.

I'm using it with the LVPMSM daughterboard and the Linix 40W motor.

Once I start the motor spinning, the variables fail to update and I cannot enter any new values.

It seems like the CPU utilization is too high to handle the Freemaster traffic.

Is there an updated version of the code that can sustain the Freemaster link?

Hi,

Thank you so much for your interest in our products and for using our community.

Could you please make a double check with last versions of IDE, SDK and FreeMASTER please. I already test it and I do not found any issue updating parameters with the motor spinning at 4000RPM.

You can also refer to the training Motor Control Application Tuning (MCAT) Tool – PMSM Servo Tuning.

If the issue persist from your side send a short video please.

Have a nice day!
