ISO11898 is the standard on the CAN 2.0 standard.
ISO 16845-1:2016 specifies the conformance test plan for the CAN data link layer and the physical signaling as standardized in ISO 11898‑1. This includes the Classical CAN protocols as well as the CAN FD protocols.

The device is a member of S12XE devices with the same MSCANV3 CAN module. The test was performed on the "master" device of the family.
