What driver do I use for SPI FRAM?

Hi all,

I am using MCUXpresso with a mk64fx512vmd12 microcontroller.

The project that I am working on requires me to write and read data to/from an FM25W256-G FRAM. I've had a look through the available drivers and their examples and cannot find a suitable driver.

I am probably blind, but can someone point me in the right direction and/or give me an example.

Hi @Bouras ,

The SPI examples is in SDK_2.9.0_FRDM-K64F\boards\frdmk64f\driver_examples\dspi.

There isn't FRAM example. But it seems FRAM operation is simpler than spi flash.
