Unable to debug using MCU-Link or Segger Plus

Hi

I had a code base ported from Keil. I am unable to flash the target or debug the code. 

When I first start the debug session, I get to choose the debugger

Choosing the first one, the MCU-Link gives me the following error windows:

Following is the log I get in the console:

When I select Segger, it seems to open the debug perspective, but then nothing happens. I am not able to run or step through the code

The target is iMX-RT1061
