I installed a new version of MCUXpresso IDE.
When opening for the first time, the following error message appeared.
Can I prevent this message from appearing?
I need help.

Please send us the logs and we'll take a look. Obtain the logs by going to Help => MCUXpresso IDE Save Info for Support.

In the last log you sent, a "docx" is referred. Note that the IDE downloads only XMLs inside that folder - not docx/ppt/pdf files. Please send us those files for inspection.
Do you have access from you computer to the URL I provided in my previous reply?

Thank you. The IDE downloads inside folder [1] some XMLs - see link [2]. They are used by the MCU-Link firmware updater. However, according to the logs you provided, PPTs and PDFs are found there, making the IDE unable to parse those files as valid XMLs. Not sure how those files ended-up there but I recommend you delete all files from folder [1] and restart the IDE. Please let us know what happens.
