But I cannot find the download link?

Can tell me where to download the Secure Provisiong Tool v1?

Hello Ken,

the Secure Provisioning tool should be available here https://www.nxp.com/mcuxpresso/secure 

Unfortunately the installer is not shown, we are looking why it is not there. During Christmas it can take more time, I'll let you know here once it is fixed.
