Hi Marc,

we do not see such issue, so only few hints:

1. Ubuntu 22.10 and 23 are not supported
2. You can try to use Xorg, instead of Wayland as Wayland is not fully compatible and supported (via small wheel during login)
   
3. For VirtualBox I remember similar issue, please make sure there's enough memory for the graphics card and that the compatible card is used:

Please make sure you have updated and upgraded the Ubuntu packages.
