HotFix_1: "No function or variable is defined 'FileName'" error in nxpvt_build()

Problem: When trying to run run_face_detection_camera_main.m

Root Cause: Coding building error

Workaround:  Update the files attached in the following folders 

 {install_dir}\internals\build\private\nxpvt_build.p

[jim_duan]

I am using matlab R2018a. This hotfix doesn't work for it.
